SkySat is a constellation of 21 high-resolution Earth imaging satellites. The first satellite launched, SkySat-1, was launched in 2013.

The SkySat sensor is a Cassegrain telescope capable of capturing daytime/nighttime frame images, stereo images, and videos, equipped with three 5.5-megapixel CMOS imaging detectors forming the focal plane with a focal length of 3.6 meters.

SkySat satellite imagery provides high-resolution commercial satellite imaging globally. These images are typically used for geographic information systems (GIS), remote sensing, geodesy, environmental monitoring, and many other applications. SkySat satellite images can provide high-quality images at various resolutions (e.g., 50 cm per pixel), which allows for detailed mapping and monitoring applications. Such images can be used in a variety of fields, including urban planning, agricultural monitoring, disaster management, infrastructure development, and more.
